Message: We love buckle. the service was always great. always enjoyed our experience there. BUT we noticed a few absences lately. come to find out Bug and Houston and Emily are all gone suddenly. and there’s only one person we recognize. the service has faltered and I think the store will too. we have taken our monies elsewhere.

Houston rang up my small jewelry purchase, and when he found out it was a birthday gift, he gave me a cute bag and arranged the tissue paper so nicely!
